Principales contre indications:

• Myasthénie

• Grossesse les trimestre

Propriétés: benzodiazépine sédative

Indications   Posologie:

• Sédation vigile: 0,05 mg/kg IVL 15 sec

• Sédation prolongée: 2,5-15 mg/h IVSE

• Anesthésie induction: 0,1-0,2 mg/kg IVL 15 sec

• Anesthésie entretien: 0,1-0,2 mg/kg/h IVSE

En pratique:

• Présentation: amp de 1 mL = 5 mg ou 10 mL=50 mg

•Préparation: titration conseillée, dilue 1 ampoule dans un volume Final de 50 mL, soit 1 mg par mL *
