Propriétés: précurseur de la synthèse du glutathion – antidote paracetamol

Indications   Posologie:

• Intoxication aigué au paracétamol: 150 mg/kg dans 250 mL G5 %, en IVL 15 min, puis 50 mg/kg dans 500 mL G5 %, en IVL 4 h, puis 100 mg/kg dans 1 000 mL G5 %, en IVL 16 h

En pratique:

• Présentation: flacon de 25 mL = 5 g

• Préparation: dilution, voir posologie ~k
